- We design it. We are a design-build firm, so your plans are drawn in-house and shown to you in photoreal 3D before construction starts. You are welcome to bring ideas, inspiration, or a rough plan, and we will develop it into a buildable home. The same team that draws it is the team that builds it.

- Every home is custom, so the number depends on your plan, your site, and your selections. Because we have designed the home, we know what it takes to build it, and we price the project against a defined scope before you commit. - The whole time. A designer stays on your project through construction, not just through the drawings. When a question comes up in the field, the person answering it understands why the home was drawn the way it was.

- Both. We build on land you already own and we can help you think through a lot you are considering. A lot of our work is on acreage outside the city limits, and we plan for what that takes from the start.

- We bring it to you, walk you through the options and the cost, and do not move on it until you have approved the change. With regular meetings the whole way, you always know where things stand.

Building a home means hundreds of decisions, and we do not leave you to make them alone. It starts at the design table, where we draw your home and show it to you in photoreal 3D before anything is built. Once the plan is set, we price the project against a defined scope and give you a clear, informed number before you make any commitment.
From there we help you through selections, finishes, paint, and products, with regular meetings the whole way so you always know where things stand. Michael's interior design background means the small choices that shape how a room feels get the attention they deserve. We are not the cheapest builder in East Texas. We put our money and attention into quality and into staying with you through the whole project.
