Longview is where Gary opened his design practice back in 1994, and it's still our home base today.
That design work is still at the heart of what we do, whether we're drawing plans for someone else to build, remodeling a home that needs a new chapter, or building a custom home from the ground up. Our plans have gone up in subdivisions all over the area, and when you work with us here, you're working with a family that has spent its entire career in this one place.
More and more, the building is happening on acreage around Longview. Land inside Longview has gotten hard to come by, so a lot of our custom homes now go up on acreage twenty minutes north or thirty minutes south, where families finally have room for the bigger home and the property they've been picturing. We're right at home out there.
Designing for a real piece of land, with its slopes, trees, and views, is a different craft than dropping a plan on a flat city lot, and it's one we know well.
