Our Process

One team, from first sketch to final walkthrough

1 | Design
It starts with a conversation and a walk of your land. We learn how you live, read the site, and draw your home in-house, then bring it to life in photoreal 3D so you can walk through it before anything is built.
2 | Preconstruction
With the design set, we define the scope, price it against real construction costs, and build the schedule. You get an accurate bid from the same people who drew the plans, then we handle permits and everything else that gets a build underway.
3 | Build
We manage construction from start to finish, with a designer involved the whole way and real-time access to your budget and schedule. Before you ever make your own list, we walk every room with you and hand over a home that has been held to a high standard.
