Gary Bort / Owner & Senior Designer
Rooted in a lifelong passion for architecture, Gary earned his degree in New York before making East Texas his home, where he has spent over 30 years working in custom residential design and construction. Known for blending timeless design with practical construction knowledge, he has built a reputation for creating homes that reflect his clients’ vision. Today, as owner of Bort Homes, he continues to lead with a commitment to timeless design and a personalized building experience.
Michael Bort / Project Manager & Designer
With a background in design, Michael now serves as a project manager, overseeing each phase of construction with an eye for detail. He works closely with clients to ensure their vision is carried seamlessly from plans to reality, while coordinating with his father and brother to keep job sites running smoothly. His design expertise adds an extra layer of insight, ensuring every custom home is both well-managed and thoughtfully executed.
Matthew Bort / Designer-Drafter
Matthew’s passion for architecture led him to follow in his dad’s footsteps as a home designer. Continually studying architecture and design principles, he sharpens his skills to bring fresh ideas and lasting value to every project. He also guides clients through the process and produces highly realistic 3D renderings that bring each design to life.
